BUILD focuses on compound lifts, structured programming, and progressive overload to develop muscle, strength, and power. This is where physical capability is built deliberately, creating a body that performs in training and carries into everyday life.

Engineered to develop aerobic capacity
ENGINE is a progressive conditioning session designed to improve endurance, aerobic capacity, and overall fitness. Through longer, controlled efforts, it builds the engine that supports performance across every other session.

High-intensity conditioning
ENDURE is an intense, team-based conditioning session designed to push physical and mental limits. Members work together under pressure, driving pace, effort, and output as a collective. Each session finishes with a winning team, reinforcing accountability, competitiveness, and shared achievement.

I have really enjoyed coming to the TC. I was a little apprehensive as I was (and at times still am) anxious it was going to be very competitive and I would struggle to fit in. That is not the case and on the whole I am made to feel very welcome.
It's exactly what I needed and signed up for, the tc coaches are an amazing set of lads with a lot of valuable knowledge to help you achieve whatever your goal is, as are all the lads who attend the training club, I was welcomed and never felt out of place.
