The Training Club exists to help men build strength, discipline, and consistency through structured training and coaching.

We believe progress comes from the standards we set for eachother, not motivation, and that when training is done properly, it has a lasting impact far beyond the gym floor.

The Training Club is a men-only training environment built around structure, accountability, and long-term progress.

Our approach is simple by design. Training is programmed with intent. Coaching is present on the floor. Progress is tracked. Effort is expected. Routine is prioritised.

Beyond physical change, the environment matters. The Training Club is built to encourage focus, commitment, and shared effort. Men train alongside others who hold themselves to a standard, creating a culture that supports consistency rather than distraction.

Ross Colquhoun

founder

I founded The Training Club with one mission: to build better men. What started as a vision in the North East of England has become a movement. A high-performance space where everyday men unlock their full potential through world-class training, unbreakable mindset work, and a like minded team of men that demands growth.

As a coach, leader, and builder of culture, I’ve spent the last decade immersed in men’s development understanding what drives lasting change, what builds real discipline, and what it takes to become a man of strength, purpose, and impact. The TC Method and Mission was born from that journey.

I’m not here to follow trends. I’m here to raise the standard for men everywhere. If you’re ready to stop coasting and start building, you’re in the right place.

I’m Emily, Chief Coordinator and Operations at the Training Club. I’m here to ensure members have a smooth and world class experience and always have their questions answered. I’ve always been into fitness & loved the fitness space so it’s amazing to work in it and help men become their best selves.

I lead the marketing at The Training Club, combining a passion for brand, creative direction, and fitness. With a background in videography, I bring a visual-first approach to telling the club’s story.

I’m the Head Coach at The Training Club. My role is to set and hold the standard, design the product, build the team and shape an experience that challenges men to show up consistently. The body is the tool discipline, mindset, and confidence are the result.

I’m passionate about building strength and muscle while also testing my limits with endurance training. Having trained most of my life, starting with competing in various sports. I’ve learned that the limits we set for ourselves are usually far below what we’re truly capable of. This gym gives me the chance to help lads break through those barriers and realise their full potential, while hopefully having a lasting positive impact on their lives.

I’m a Senior Coach at the Training Club with over four years of experience helping men build stronger bodies, sharper minds, and unshakeable discipline. I treat the gym as a dojo a place where excuses get checked at the door and standards are forged through consistent action. My mission is simple: help men shatter limiting beliefs and step into the best version of themselves. Coaching with me means getting locked in for greatness, not chasing shortcuts or hype. If you’re dialled in for destiny, this is where the work begins.

Ethan Chatt

I grew up playing football, which is where my passion for training and fitness started leading me to become a qualified coach at 18. I later decided to go to university, where I studied sports science and nutrition whilst still working as a full time personal trainer. My coaching has changed massively over the years but now the goal is simple. My aim is to help men improve their lives by using health and fitness as the foundation for growth and self improvement.
