Not at all. TC Online is built for men who are ready to do the work, regardless of where they're starting from. The programs are structured to meet you where you are and build from there.

What do I need to get started?

Access to a gym with standard equipment is all you need. The programs are built around proven, compound-focused training that works in any well-equipped facility.

How does the coaching work?

TC Online isn't a 1-1 coaching service, but you're never left on your own. Send us a question on the app and we'll get back to you. You also get access to our full education hub covering training, fat loss, nutrition, and recovery, so most questions get answered before you even need to ask.

What if I don't know how to perform an exercise?

Every exercise in the program comes with a video demonstration inside the app. You'll always know exactly what you're doing and why.
