Love the endure sessions, pure cardio, walk in tired flat after a long day at work walk out feeling fresh but knowing you have proper done a full work out. Its the ideal support to the build sessions too. The competitive edge makes it all the while more worth the effort!

I came in not knowing how to Benchpress properly. By week 10 I'd added 15kg to my total in Wednesdays BUILD session.

The engine session is by far my favourite session of the week - seeing how far my fitness has come in 6 months is unreal - sub 3:30 marathon man, never thought that was possible.
