On 31st August, seven members finished a three month block with coach Fin focused on cutting body fat and rebuilding their physiques. It ended the way every cohort ends: a photoshoot and a celebration to mark what they'd done. The point was never the photos. It was that seven men spent twelve weeks being held to something, and none of them could quietly drop off halfway through.

Accountability is the whole mechanism. Most men already know roughly what they should be doing. What they don't have is anyone checking, which is why the plan that starts in January is usually finished by February. Fin ran this cohort close: structured training, nutrition adjusted as bodyweight moved, and regular check-ins where you had to tell himhow the week had actually gone. Three months is deliberate. It's long enough for real change in body composition rather than water weight, and short enough that there's no room to coast through the middle of it.

The results were the sort most of the group hadn't thought were available to them. One of the lad's wife put it more directly than any before and after photo could: he's a completely different person. Everyone's starting point is different and so is everyone's outcome, but the pattern across the cohort was consistent, and the men who finished it walked differently. The current cohort is already underway. The next one starts in January, and places are limited by design.
