Summer shred series

  1. 1. Drink 3L Of Water
    Coffee & Energy Drinks do not count.
  2. 2. Achieve between 8,000 - 12,000 Steps Per Day
    High daily output will have a huge effect in your composition change. Hold the standard. Hit the target.
  3. 3. Hit your Calories 7/7 Days
    Do not deviate and you will achieve insane results. Your coach will be in touch with your personalised calories.
  4. 4. Up-Skill & Self Develop
    This can be done in the form of reading a book, audiobook, podcast or even watching the P/A Education Portal.
  5. 5. 3-5 Strength sessions minimum
    A Training Club Non negotiable

    Try your best to build a consistent sleep and wake time. Sleep and recovery are key to building tissue.
  3. 3. Hit your Calories 7/7 Days
    These will be set and monitored to ensure you're eating towards a calorie surplus to encourage muscle building
  4. 4. Up-Skill & Self Develop
    This can be done in the form of reading a book, audiobook, podcast or even watching the P/A Education Portal.

What is the purpose of the Physique Accelerator?

- To champion habits, behaviours and education.
- To challenge yourself in an intense focus period.

What to focus on if completing the Mass Gainer?

- Hit your surplus calories and macros – track them daily
- Train 5x per week – progressive overload
- 7 hrs sleep to aid recovery
- 6,000-8,000 steps per day

What to focus on if completing the Summer Shred?

- Hit your deficit calories and macros – track them daily
- Train 5x per week
- Drink 3L water per day
- Focus on output of between 8,000-12,000 steps per day

What if I go on holiday or away for a weekend and can’t track?

We urge you to track daily BUT if you can’t for a short period, that’s okay! Don’t let that put you off the full challenge. Just track as soon as you’re back.

How do I know what calories to eat?

Your coach will set your calories/macros prior to the start date. They will also get your up-to-date Inbody readings and photos.

When will I do my next InBodyUK?

Your coach will remind you of this but the weeks to get them are:
1. Week commencing 28th April (or anytime before the PA begins)
2. Week commencing 9th June
3. Week commencing 7th July

What happens on WhatsApp?

You will be invited to join a WhatsApp group with your coach.
This is where you can chat to other members completing the PA and your coach will keep you ontrack with any queries / education.

- This is where educational videos will be housed. You’ll receive x1 Shred and x1 Gainer video every Sunday.

Who is it for?

The Physique Accelerator is for any full Training Club monthly Subscriber. This will be an available bolt on feature to all Essential, Fundamental, Complete and Elite Subscriptions.

This programme is best suited for someone who is ready for a period of hard, focused work in pursuit of improving their body composition, improving their education on nutrition and understanding of their own body and current lifestyle habits.
