PHYSIQUE
ACCELERATOR

42 days won't finish the job. It starts it.

TC MINDSET
CONSISTENCY
OWNERSHIP
NO MAN LEFT BEHIND

the mission

The Physique Accelerator exists to accelerate progress - not through a 42-day sprint, but through small, repeatable habits and behaviours that build consistency.

You won't change your life in 42 days. But you'll lay foundations: habits that outlast the programme and carry forward into how you train, eat, and show up.

Every PA you complete gives you something different - not because the programme changes, but because you do. The habits you build in one cycle become the starting point for the next.

PA VALUES

01

TC Mindset

Everything's earned. Nothing's given. Every rep, every habit, every result — you put the work in first.

02

consistency

Not motivation. Not intensity. Just showing up and doing the work, day after day — that's what actually changes you.

03

Ownership

It's on you. What you do when no one's watching decides who you become. No excuses, no outsourcing responsibility.

04

No Man Left Behind

We win together, fail together, learn together — through the highs and the lows. This isn't a solo effort.

Physical change is a byproduct, not a promise.
We build the person.
The physique follows.

7 commitments · 42 days

the rules

01

8–12k Steps Per Day

Movement compounds. It's the easiest win available to you every single day — no excuse skips this one.

02

2L of Water Per Day

Non-negotiable baseline. Small, boring, effective — exactly what this programme is built on.

03

Train 3–5 Times Per Week

Consistency over intensity. Show up on the plan, not just when you feel like it.

04

Track Your Calories

Awareness before change. You can't manage what you don't measure.

05

No Alcohol

Remove the thing that quietly undoes everything else you're building.

06

Say No - Train the Mind

Discipline isn't just physical. Learning to say no to the easy option builds the same muscle you're relying on everywhere else in the programme.
Say no to the snooze button. Say no to the extra round of drinks. Say no to skipping the session because you "don't feel like it."

07

Do Something Hard

Comfort doesn't build capability. Deliberately choosing difficulty - on purpose, regularly - is how you prove to yourself you're becoming someone new.
A cold shower to finish training. A hard conversation you've been avoiding. An extra set when you want to stop.

FAQ

Why should I do it again?

Because you're not the same person who started the first one. The PA isn't a one-off with a fixed outcome — it's a repeatable cycle. Each time round you're building from a higher baseline. Same programme, different person, different outcome.

What's different this time, the programme or me?

The programme stays the same. You don't. Every cycle you complete raises your baseline. More capable, more consistent, more equipped than the version of you that started last time.

What if I miss a day?

That's on you to own, not explain away. One missed day is just a slip. The danger isn't the miss. It's letting one skipped day turn into two, then a pattern. Own it, reset, get back on it immediately.

What if I'm on holiday?

Don't bail on the whole thing. Extend it instead. Do 5 weeks and pick back up rather than not committing at all. Adjust the timeline, not the standard.

Is this for me?

If you want a straightforward transformation, this isn't a magic short-cut. If you're serious about building the habits and consistency that create long-term change, then yes, this is exactly for you.

What results can I expect?

Physical change is the outcome, but it's not the point. The process is consistency, mindset and behaviour change. The physique follows that, not the other way round.

What's the cost?

Not financial. The real cost is what happens if you don't do it. Another 42 days passing with nothing built, no new habits, no progress carried forward. That's the cost.

Same 42 days.
Different you.
